Reimagining Through Impact: Ardmore Roderick’s Inaugural Community Impact Day
As Ardmore Roderick celebrates over 20 years of growth, innovation, and impact, we are continuing to look for new ways to support the communities where we live and work.
This year, we launched our inaugural Community Impact Day, a weeklong, companywide initiative focused on addressing food insecurity through service, teamwork, and collective action.
Across offices, project teams, and regions, employees came together around a shared purpose: giving back in a meaningful, hands-on way.
A Week of Giving Back
Throughout the week, team members across Chicago, Downers Grove, Orlando, and beyond contributed through both food and monetary donations. Non-perishable food items were collected at office locations, while employees across the country participated in digital giving to support local food banks and community organizations.
These collective efforts supported organizations including Nourishing Hope, Peopleâs Resource Center, and United Against Poverty, helping provide essential resources to individuals and families in need.
Turning Impact into Action
The week culminated in a day of service, with employees volunteering their time to support food bank operations.
In Chicago, teams gathered to sort and pack donations and work side by side in support of local food distribution efforts. In Memphis, employees volunteered directly at St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen, contributing to on-site operations and community outreach.
From early morning shifts to midday volunteer events, the day was filled with collaboration, energy, and a shared commitment to making a difference.
Why It Matters
Food insecurity affects millions of individuals and families in the communities we serve. Community Impact Day was an opportunity to reimagine serviceânot as a single act, but as a shared responsibility.
Every donation, volunteer hour, and act of participation contributed to a larger collective impact, reinforcing the power of coming together as one team.
Looking Ahead
Our inaugural Community Impact Day is just the beginning.
As we continue to grow as a firm, we remain committed to creating opportunities for our people to engage, give back, and make a meaningful impact beyond the work we deliver every day.
Because at Ardmore Roderick, reimagining infrastructure also means reimagining how we show up for our communities.
