As part of our mission to improve communities, Ardmore Roderick is changing lives — not only by improving public infrastructure, but by offering hands-on help within our communities. Ardmore Roderick staff regularly volunteer for community improvement programs like Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago, Habitat for Humanity, parks improvements, tutoring, judging science and engineering fairs, classroom demonstrations, 3D printing seminars, assisting at local food banks and more. If not us, then who?

We inspire a love of STEM early by engaging employees in community outreach, mentoring students through hands-on activities that spark interest in STEM careers.
Habitat for Humanity
We proudly partner with Habitat for Humanity, with our employees volunteering to help build affordable homes, strengthening communities and providing families with a foundation for a brighter future.
