Project Details
A complete renovation of the university’s historic sports arena offers modern amenities to student athletes and fans.
Once the largest concrete dome of any sports area in the world, the State Farm Center is renovated to improve its seating, concessions, office spaces and accessibility. The project renovated 152,000 SF and added 66,000 SF. Careful phasing allowed the center to remain open during construction. As a critical member of the Construction Management team for the project, Ardmore Roderick provided full-time on-site supervision during construction.
