Ardmore Roderick helps the Chicago Transit Authority successfully deliver the agency’s largest capital investment.
Ardmore Roderick, a key partner in the Elevated Solutions Partners (ESP) joint venture with Arcadis and Jacobs, serves as the Owner’s Representative for Phase One of the Red and Purple Modernization Program (RPM). This initiative marks the largest capital investment in Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) history, aimed at modernizing train service on the Red, Purple, and Brown Lines. The project involves rebuilding the Lawrence, Argyle, Berwyn, and Bryn Mawr stations, along with upgrading track and signal systems. It also includes constructing a Red-Purple Bypass north of Belmont, designed to enhance train flow and reduce overcrowding.
Ardmore Roderick leads strategic advising, cost and quality management, utility coordination, and field engineering for both track and stations, ensuring seamless execution and improved transit service.
