With approximately 330 projects and an annual capital expenditure of $120M, the public safety capital program is the most extensive real estate portfolio managed by the Cook County Department of Capital Planning and Policy. Ardmore Roderick is part of the joint venture leading construction management services for the entire portfolio. Ardmore Roderick is dedicated to providing exceptional service through collaborative stakeholder engagement and efficient project management. Projects include assisting the county with defining its capital plan each year, developing the scope and business case for each project, soliciting end-user input, design management, procurement, construction management, change management, and program controls. Representative projects include courtroom technology upgrades, facility hardening, program-wide accessibility improvements, campus-wide HVAC upgrades, detention facility upgrades, and a new state-of-the-art medical examiner facility.
