As a key member of the Program Management Oversight team, Ardmore Roderick leads QA/QC efforts, applying a total quality management model to both internal and third-party work. This approach ensures all deliverables meet Metra’s objectives, standards, and specifications. Additionally, Ardmore Roderick serves as a technical lead, advising on complex construction issues, including implementation methods, track access, and cost estimates. Ardmore Roderick also coordinates construction activities across Class 1 railroad corridors, managing resources to align construction with rail operations and regulatory requirements.
