Lockheed Martin Space Demo, Abatement, and Interior Renovation

An improved facility at Lockheed Martin helps consolidate business functions on its expanded Florida campus.

Renovating a deteriorated facility included new power distribution, new air-cooled chillers, a new fiber feed, structural upgrades to the existing building, and a new parking lot. As a core member of the design-build team, Ardmore Roderick conducted a site survey and prepared the 57,000 SF one-story building for an interior renovation. After overseeing interior demolition and abatement, Ardmore Roderick worked directly with the program staff to develop the project requirements and design adequate space, adjacencies, future growth, and efficiency. Pre-purchasing material ensured that long-lead material would be on-site when needed and meet the project schedule and budget.
