Ardmore Roderick undertook several significant projects for Lockheed Martin’s Space Building as part of a renovation and site development initiative. For the B810 Project, Ardmore Roderick provided design-build services for a $1.4M, 5,000 SF interior renovation of classified spaces, adhering to stringent security standards. The firm also renovated the entire 27,000 SF third floor, creating efficient office layouts and updating HVAC, power, and finishes. Exterior improvements included painting, a new employee terrace, an expanded parking lot, and a new perimeter fence. Lastly, Ardmore Roderick modernized the fully occupied 27,000 SF second floor, balancing budget constraints and ensuring minimal disruption.
