Ardmore Roderick is the prime consultant for the reconstruction and widening of a two-mile section of I-80, expanding it from two to three lanes in each direction and adding full-width shoulders. Key upgrades include widening the substructure, erecting steel plate girders, and redecking the I-80 bridges over Houbolt Road, along with installing a noise abatement wall, replacing and lengthening a box culvert, improving drainage for median infill, and partially reconstructing ramps at the I-80 and Houbolt Road interchange. Ardmore Roderick is providing construction surveys, staking, inspection, quality assurance testing and reporting, measurement, computation and documentation of quantities for construction work.
