Greater Orlando Aviation Authority South Terminal C Expansion
Project Details
A new $2.5B terminal expansion allows the Orlando International Airport to accommodate up to 60 million passengers annually.
As part of the expansion team, Ardmore Roderick executed construction management to deliver a world-class domestic and international airport terminal building, consisting of an airside terminal with 16 to 24 airline gates and a landside terminal with secure and non-secure areas.
Ardmore Roderick managed over 100 permits and more than $25M of work by subcontractors to complete the project. Staff led the quality management for the CM-at-Risk team from pre-construction to close-out and led project engineering for the ground transportation facility. We facilitated the timely delivery of this complex project, demonstrating our dedication to making communities better by driving innovation and excellence in infrastructure delivery.
