Improvements to the German Church Road Bridge over Flag Creek project included removing and replacing the strip seal expansion joints, removing the latex concrete overlay, and installing a complete waterproofing membrane system and a hot mix asphalt overlay. Additional work included guardrail replacement, structural concrete repairs to the bridge approach slabs and abutment walls, pavement markings, and reflective markers.
