Evermore Orlando offers diverse accommodations, including single homes, villas, flats and hotel guestrooms. A 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre crystalline water lagoon is near bars, golf courses, cabanas, and private fire-pits, a food hall & gourmet market, and a restaurant. A two-story boathouse serves weddings and private events. Ardmore Roderick led Construction Management support for the resort developer, coordinating with internal construction and development teams, external consultants, and vendors on all project related action items.

By maintaining detailed design and construction schedules, generating budgets, and preparing comprehensive RFPs, Ardmore Roderick provided vital support that contributed to the resort’s operational excellence.
