As part of the Chicago Department of Water Management’s Task Order Contract, Ardmore Roderick played a crucial role in the successful execution of a sewer main installation project. Responsibilities spanned pre-construction preparation, including reviewing plans, coordinating utility clearances, and securing permits, to construction oversight tasks such as verifying pipe alignment, resolving utility conflicts, and managing site safety. The project concluded with a thorough close-out phase involving final inspections, “as-built” documentation, and coordination of restoration efforts.
