Ardmore Roderick co-manages the most significant gate and terminal expansion in the airport's history in a joint venture.
The $8.5B Chicago O’Hare 21 Terminal Area Plan Program unfolds over 12 years. As the project manager, The Connect Chicago Alliance joint venture between Ardmore Roderick and Jacobs oversees the administrative and technical program on behalf of the Chicago Department of Aviation.
O’Hare’s ambitious expansion includes expanding stormwater collection, a deep tunnel system, and new concourses and terminals. Modernization includes upgrading International Terminal 5, planning for its future mixed-use, new satellite concourses, and the new O’Hare Global Terminal. The team manages all Capital Improvement Projects for maintenance and modernization. Our collaborative approach ensures these projects are delivered efficiently. By advancing critical infrastructure projects, Ardmore Roderick supports the city’s economic development and upholds its mission to improve communities through the built environment.
