A new, 2.7-million-gallon lime sludge lagoon improves the existing Illinois American Water facility in Champaign County. Ardmore Roderick provided construction inspection services for the project, serving as a liaison between the owner and contractor to coordinate work that affected the owner’s on-site operations.
