Renovation of the model suite at 800 W. Fulton transforms 13,000 SF into a successful sales tool for a new office building in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. The model suite includes high-end millwork, flooring, carpet and wall finishes, glass demountable partitions, custom lighting with automated lighting controls, energy metering and automated HVAC systems connected to the base building automation system.
As construction manager, Ardmore Roderick performed constructability reviews, scope reviews, trade buyout, schedule development, cost control, change management, construction oversight and closeout. The 800 W. Fulton project is a testament to our ability to manage complex buildouts while delivering high-quality results that meet the demands of modern urban development.
