A new, $60M mixed-use high-rise features residences and retail in one of Chicago’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.

This project represents a pivotal addition to Chicago’s Fulton Market District, combining modern urban living with retail convenience. This 22-story mixed-use high-rise will feature 223 residential units alongside ground-level retail space. The project exemplifies the ongoing transformation of the area, enhancing both the residential landscape and commercial opportunities for the community.

Ardmore Roderick leads five trade packages, including site demolition/excavation, deep foundations, building survey control and layout, construction fencing, and site security. Additionally, Ardmore Roderick manages constructability reviews, scope reviews, trade buyout, schedule development, submittals, requests for information, cost control, change management, and construction oversight. Ardmore Roderick’s involvement is a reflection of our commitment to advancing the design and construction of critical infrastructure that improves communities.
