Responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and renovating public buildings and infrastructure within the City of Chicago, the PBC manages and oversees major public construction projects. The agency collaborates with city agencies, architects, engineers, and contractors to successfully complete schools, libraries, police and fire stations, park facilities, administrative offices, and other public infrastructure.
Ardmore Roderick is a prime member of the program management team leading the agency’s $70M annual capital improvement program. Work includes construction project management, quality assurance, and project closeout management.
