High-level program management helps Lockheed Martin relocate its headquarters and expand capacity at its Florida Space Coast campus.
As program manager for multiple projects since 2019, Ardmore Roderick is instrumental in helping to plan, engineer, build, and maintain facilities at the company’s expanding Florida campus in Titusville. The projects are instrumental to consolidating and relocating Lockheed Martin’s program to the Florida Space Coast.
Encompassing more than 50 individual projects, work includes new secure suites for classified work and updated furniture and finishes. Multiple sessions with stakeholders determine project requirements and space relationships to create the final designs for the new areas. Reconfigured office space includes upgrades to HVAC, data, fire alarm, access control and power systems. Interior demolition and redesign for offices, labs and meeting rooms. A new Logistics Center functions as a warehouse/distribution center for the campus and nearby manufacturing facility.
