B810 Windover Project
Ardmore Roderick was the Design-Build firm for the 5,000 SF Windover project, a $1.4M interior renovation of a suite of classified spaces built to ICD/ICS 705 TEMPEST standards. Ardmore Roderick worked with the Lockheed Martin Space Systems (LMS) client to develop and refine the initial requirements for the spaces, which were updated throughout the design process to meet the changing needs of the customer. Ardmore Roderick invited pre-qualified subcontractors with the required security knowledge and experience to bid for their corresponding trades and specialties. Throughout construction, Ardmore Roderick managed the subcontractors and documented construction progress which was observed and approved by the client’s security staff.

B810 Third Floor Renovation
Renovation of the entire third floor, approximately 27,000 SF, to create a more efficient layout of offices, workstations, conference rooms and support spaces. This project included advanced planning sessions with senior leadership, which finalized the full renovation of the floor. The renovation included new HVAC, power and data distribution, new ceilings, new furniture and finishes, and office suites for the Executives and Human Resources.

B810 Exterior Improvements, Parking Lot Expansion and Perimeter Fence
The exterior of the building required a “face lift” to refresh the look of the building as well as an expanded parking lot and a new perimeter fence to control access to the secure facility. The exterior of the building was painted to match the overall campus color palette. A new exterior patiowas designed and constructed for the employees. Ardmore Roderick also designed and constructed a new parking lot expansion to accommodate an additional 80 parking spaces to be used by employees and overflow when the program hosts larger events.
