Renovation of the entire third floor, approximately 27,000 SF, to create a more efficient layout of offices, workstations, conference rooms and support spaces. This project included advanced planning sessions with senior leadership, which finalized the full renovation of the floor. The renovation included new HVAC, power and data distribution, new ceilings, new furniture and finishes.
