The exterior of the building required a “face lift” to refresh the look of the building as well as an expanded parking lot and a new perimeter fence to control access to the secure facility. The exterior of the building was painted to match the overall campus color palette. A new exterior patio was designed and constructed for the employees. Ardmore Roderick also designed and constructed a new parking lot expansion to accommodate an additional 80 parking spaces to be used by employees and overflow when the program hosts larger events.
