Ardmore Roderick was the Design-Build firm for a $1.6M interior renovation of a classified suite. Ardmore Roderick worked with the Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) client and customer to develop and refine the initial requirements for the spaces, which were updated throughout the design process to meet the changing needs of the customer. Ardmore Roderick invited pre-qualified subcontractors with the required security knowledge and experience to bid for their corresponding trades and specialties. Throughout construction, Ardmore Roderick managed the subcontractors and documented construction progress which was observed and approved by the client’s security staff.
