Ardmore Roderick leads the Project Management and Construction Management team supporting the Charleston County Aviation Authority on its multi-year Terminal Development Program. This program responds to rapidly growing passenger volumes and the need for expanded facilities, improved circulation, and enhanced operational efficiency across Charleston International Airport.

Ardmore Roderick provides full-service program support, including landside and civil improvements, airfield enhancements, terminal expansion coordination, project controls, scheduling, QA/QC, and constructability and design reviews. Embedded alongside airport leadership, the team guides project delivery, monitors progress, and facilitates communication among key stakeholders to keep the program aligned with long-term strategic goals.

A signature element of the program is the West Gates Expansion, which introduces new traveler amenities, added operational space, and a substantial increase in gate capacity to accommodate future demand. Together, these improvements strengthen passenger experience, expand airport capabilities, and ensure resilient, efficient operations.
