Delivering a Modern Healthcare Hub to Expand Community Access

Ardmore Roderick supported the development of a new outpatient facility and administrative office building for Cook County Health & Hospital System’s Central Campus. The project addressed the need to replace outdated clinical and administrative spaces with a modern, patient-centered environment that supports enhanced care delivery and operational efficiency.

Ardmore Roderick contributed to programming, design coordination, and implementation activities, working closely with the County to define core medical space requirements and administrative needs. The scope included survey services and construction management to support the development of new outpatient clinics, physician offices, administrative work areas, conference facilities, and associated site improvements.

Key actions involved guiding early planning efforts, supporting schematic design, and coordinating technical requirements essential to the successful execution of a large healthcare campus upgrade.
