Progress continues at Harper College’s new Canning Student Center where Ardmore Roderick is providing Construction Management Services!

In November, crews completed three stairwells and two elevator masonry structures. The building steel is being erected in three phases—ironworkers are currently finishing detailing in Phase 1 and installing columns, beams, joists, and decking for Phase 2. Even through snow and freezing temperatures, the team continues moving forward.

Earlier this month, we joined Harper College, design and construction partners, and project stakeholders for a beam signing ceremony—officially marking a major milestone for this transformative new facility. It was an exciting moment to see everyone who’s contributing to this project come together and leave their names on a piece of what’s being built for future students and the community.
