Ardmore Roderick is part of Chicago Transit Partners, a Joint Venture Team providing Program Management Services for CTA’s Capital Improvement Program. Services include planning, projects control, quality assurance/quality control, and implementation oversight. Chicago Transit Partners is responsible for oversight of contractors and construction managers for CTA’s Capital Improvement Program.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Development, implementation and management of the quality management system for the program management consultant team.
- Quality oversight for consultants and contractors working in the program.
- Responsible for the maintenance of CTA’s ISO 9001 certified quality management system, including internal audits, quality training
- Development of a plan for integration of sustainable design elements (LEED) into CTA’s projects
Ardmore Roderick manages QA/QC for improvements to bus stations and passenger facilities; upgrades and expansions to train support facilities and shops; reconstruction, replacement and upgrades to rail passenger stations; rebuilding two rapid transit lines; train signals and communications installations and replacements; improvements to shops and yards; renewal, rehabilitation, replacements and upgrades to tracks and structures; and, bus garage reconstruction.
