Ardmore Roderick was part of ESI’s team for a Systemwide, Maintenance Facilities Construction Management Services Upon Request program for the Illinois Tollway. Typical tasks included maintenance site reconstruction and salt dome repairs as needed.

The initial task included construction management services for the Marengo M-6 maintenance site on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90). The Marengo maintenance site adjacent to the U.S. Route 20 Interchange on I-90 in Marengo was originally built in the 1950s. The new facility is designed to optimize its efficiency to meet expanded system needs, as well as meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for sustainable design and construction.
