Wisdom Village is a six-story senior living building near the intersection of North Avenue and Wolf Road in Northlake, Illinois. The fully accessible building now offers 72,840 SF of living space through a combination of one and two bedroom units, community rooms, fitness center and outdoor common space. Ardmore Roderick provided site engineering services for the development which includes a new 40-stall parking lot and 13 new parking spaces in the public right-of-way. Ardmore Roderick prepared site civil drawings including stormwater design.
