We provide pre-design topography and plat preparation for the dedication of roadway and construction easements.

TOPOGRAPHICAL & BOUNDARY SURVEYING

Ardmore Roderick provide professional topographical and boundary surveys for existing roads, buildings, and structures, documenting existing field conditions, and surveying areas along local watercourses, including hydraulic structures.

SETTLEMENT SURVEY

We provide settlement surveys for construction projects where vertical or horizontal movement of the surrounding area must be identified. Ardmore Roderick sets up control points and maintains a recurring schedule of surveys to audit any movement of earth, streets or structures as required by the project owner.

SURVEY ASSISTANCE DURING CONSTRUCTION PHASE

We provide quality assurance and quality control surveying during the construction phase of major highway, rail, airport, and building projects. We have established and verified intricate horizontal and vertical survey control networks. We have provided accurate location checks during construction and as-built surveys after project completion. Ardmore Roderick is experienced in surveying and solving complex 3D digital terrain models, plotting cross-sections and calculating earthwork quantities.
