Ardmore Roderick provided a Phase II pre-design topographic survey for 0.6 miles of IL RTE 38 and 0.3 miles of Winfield Road. The survey information was used for the engineering design of roadway improvements, roadway widening, signal modernization, and drainage improvements. This project required the complete survey of pavement, shoulders, utilities and grades through high-traffic roadway and heavily-wooded adjacent areas. Phase I survey control was re-established, analyzed, and reconciled. Field data was checked and imported into GeoPak and base drawings were prepared utilizing Microstation per IDOT standards.
