Ardmore Roderick provided construction inspection services for the project, serving as a liaison between the owner and contractor to coordinate work that affected the owner’s on-site operations.

Primary responsibilities included:

• Reviewing submittals to verify compliance with specifications and verifying materials on-site at delivery
• Participating in all construction meetings
• Daily photo documentation to owner
• Reviewing progress schedule
• Acting as a liaison between the engineer and site superintendent to resolve issues and determine intent of contract documents
