In April 2018, Ardmore Roderick affiliate Ardmore Roderick Puerto Rico LLC (ARPR) was established and opened in San Juan, Puerto Rico to support the FEMA Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (PA-TAC).  ARPR is under contract with ATCS providing Professional Consulting Services for the Damage Assessment and Recovery Planning for the aftermath of Hurricanes Irma and Maria that devastated the island last year.  Our team is providing technical assistance and advice to support FEMA’s damage assessments and formulation of scopes of work and cost estimates to restore facilities and infrastructures.  In June 2018, we received a request for Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist with Master Planning for the development of an overall strategy and project approach dealing with the main infrastructure sectors in Puerto Rico.
