Ardmore Roderick established a network of survey control points and baselines throughout all levels of O’Hare Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5. The network extended through the public areas, TSA-secured areas, and Customs-secured areas. The coordinates for the control points were utilized by Ardmore Roderick and other subconsultants for measuring and geo-referencing interior lease space boundaries. We also surveyed lease space boundary areas for curb side check-in and for air side plane parking ramps. All information was compiled for the purpose of accurately updating and reconciling lease square footage.
