Sam has over 23 years in the design and construction industry successfully delivering major capital improvement programs and projects. His experience as an office leader across multiple regions, in aviation, cultural centers, K-12, higher education, commercial and multifamily buildings and facilities will play an integral role in expanding the buildings & facilities group and Ardmore Roderick’s NATIONAL 2025 Vision.

Sam earned an MBA in real estate investment and finance from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a member of Construction Management Association of America.
