Ardmore Roderick (AR) is providing continuing professional services for a Construction Management/Owner’s Representative services contract for community development task order projects for the County. As Osceola County’s owner representative, AR oversees the daily management and support of design and construction of designated projects and improvements ensuring the County’s best interests are considered, implemented and enforced throughout the entire process. Projects for Osceola County’s program may include the following services:

• Overall Project Management and Project Controls
• Design Phase
• Procurement and Pre-Construction Phases
• Construction Phase
