Ardmore Roderick is a part of the Connect Chicago Alliance (CCA) joint venture and were selected to manage the $8.5 Billion dollar O’Hare 21 Terminal Area Plan (TAP) Program over a period of 12 years.
The CCA team is also tasked with managing all of the capital improvement projects at Midway Airport. A smaller joint venture team, led by Ardmore Roderick was tasked with managing all of the ongoing and new work at Midway. This includes expansion of the security bridge over Cicero Avenue, and the expansion of the short term parking garage over the existing CTA yard. Our team is working collaboratively with the Midway team to deliver these important projects.
