We are excited to share the news – our Chicago headquarters has moved to a much larger, more modern home! In an effort to go NATIONAL 2025, Ardmore Roderick continues to expand and we were in need of more space for our Chicago headquarters staff. The new office location will allow us to fit our team comfortably and allow room to grow, with nearly 13,000 square feet taking over two floors of the building. Our new address is 1500 W. Carroll Ave, Chicago, Illinois 60607.
Before Ardmore Roderick, The Roderick Group opened its first office at 921 W. Van Buren in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. TRG relocated, but stayed in the same neighborhood where it was founded, and continued to headquarter the new Ardmore Roderick a few blocks west. We are invested in this community and acknowledge this is where our burgeoning company developed in its early days. In staying true to our roots, our new headquarters is less than a mile away, in the trendy Fulton Market West neighborhood.
Fulton Market, a former meatpacking district, has been up-and-coming for the past several years. James Beard award-winning restaurants, hip bars, trendy lofts and art galleries, and even popular retail shops have taken over spaces that once provided meat, fish, poultry and dairy to Illinois and beyond. Google’s Midwestern headquarters, Ace Hotel, Coca-Cola, and Standard Hotel have all chosen the neighborhood for corporate and hospitality space. Of course, as trends go, Fulton Market itself is now expanding west where there are commercial buildings showcasing character and style from decades past, waiting for new tenants.
The office underwent construction to suit our needs including an open staircase to connect our two floors – it once housed the old elevator shaft. The modern space is lined with oversized windows that provide sweeping views of the downtown Chicago skyline. A shared recreational space is located on the top floor. Our team created the best fit and layout for efficient work stations, offices and meeting spaces.
