At Ardmore Roderick, we are excited to celebrate Women’s History Month, highlighting our own trailblazers in the field of Engineering – a field that has long been a male-dominated industry. As more women receive college degrees in engineering, Ardmore Roderick is proud to have some of the best female engineers on staff, providing a diverse and inclusive base for career growth. This week, we highlight one of our female engineers, Ama O.
