The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority selected Ardmore Roderick to lead the team for Systemwide Maintenance Facilities Construction Management Services Upon Request. Services for this $6.5 Million project include Phase III construction inspection and supervision as requested by the Tollway. Ardmore Roderick will manage the team responsible for on-site inspection, design layout changes, submittal review, geotechnical inspection and testing, coordination of commissioning, constructability review, record management, documentation, pay estimates and change order submittals. Ardmore Roderick oversee the construction of multiple maintenance facilities which may consist of truck wash buildings, office areas for personnel, indoor parking for snow plows and workshops for maintaining vehicles. These facilities will aide in quicker turnaround times for maintaining roads in the winter months and ultimately provide a better travel experience for the motoring public.
